Naci&oacute; en Caravia <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Colunga el <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">21<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> de marzo de 1866. Estudi&oacute; en <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Universidad de Oviedo la carrera <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Derecho hasta <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Licenciarse. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ingres&oacute; en el Cuerpo de Archiveros; Biblio<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">te<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">carios v Anticuarios el 20 de mayo de 1889.
