Hermano del rese&ntilde;ado a continuaci&oacute;n y hermano de padre de Ur&iacute;a y Luanco, del que se da noticia m&aacute;s atr&aacute;s. Naci&oacute; en Oviedo alrededor del a&ntilde;o 1840. Escribi&oacute; copiosamente para los peri&oacute;dicos ovetenses y sucedi&oacute; a su hermano Enrique en la direcci&oacute;n de El Eco de Asturias hacia 1875.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ya anciano. public&oacute; el volumen de recuerdos anotado a continuaci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obras publicadas en volumen:<br>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I&mdash;P&aacute;rrafos sobre anta&ntilde;o y hoga&ntilde;o y otras tonter&iacute;as.
